To streamline public procurement procedures, we recommend that suppliers participating in INPP public procurements would have a mobile e-signature.

A mobile e-signature is an electronic equivalent of a regular signature and an identity document (such as a passport) that allows secure signing of electronic documents with a legally valid signature when connected to information systems online.

We also remind you that all suppliers working at INPP facilities must wear face masks, respirators, or other face protection equipment that fits tightly and completely covers the nose and mouth.
