1. Application of Ignalina NPP to issue a license for decommissioning activities.

1.1. Documents substantiating the license submitted to VATESI:

Proposal submission terms: before 30 of May

Proposals shall contain the following information:

• in the case of a natural person: full name, address and contact details (telephone, fax numbers, email address), indicating how the response shall by submitted;
• in the case of a legal person: name, legal entity code, home address, representative's name, contact details (telephone, fax numbers, email address), indicating how the response shall by submitted;
• if the proposal is submitted by the representative of the person submitting the proposal - full name, address (if the representative is a natural person), name, legal entity code, address of the registered office (if the representative is a legal person), a document certifying representation, the person in whose name he/she is applying; contact details (telephone, fax numbers, email address) indicating how the response shall by submitted.

2. Application of Ignalina NPP to issue a license for decommissioning of Maisiagala radioactive waste storage facility (in preparation)

2.1 List of documents of SE INPP required to issue a license
