Market consultation on lighting modernization

SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (hereinafter – SE INPP) intends to carry out a public procurement of SE INPP territory lighting system modernization services.

SE INPP, pursuant to Item 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, which establishes that to prepare for procurement and notify suppliers of its procurement plans and requirements, the Contracting Authority may: 1) request and obtain <...> market consultation of the participants <...>.Also in accordance with Item 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law on Public Procurement, which stipulates that it is necessary to publish draft procurement technical specifications in advance in the Central Public Procurement Information System (hereinafter CVP IS) <...> SE INPP conducts market consultation and requests consultation on the possibilities of purchasing INPP territory lighting system modernization services from third parties.

The purpose of the consultation is to acquaint potential suppliers with the scope and specifics of the purchasable services.

The method of consultation is publication of the description of services by means of CVP IS.

Providers wishing to participate in the market consultation must acquaint themselves with the preliminary technical specifications of the services and submit comments / observations / questions to the submitted technical specifications by 23 February 2021 (inclusive) by means of CVP IS. Also (if possible) provide preliminary prices for services (by objects), i.e.:

• Modernization of INPP territory and parking lot lighting system:

- Price of design service.

- Price of lighting system modernization service.

- Price of equipment, etc.

- Price of warranty service (for the entire planned period).

• Modernization of INPP and INPP old spent nuclear fuel storage protected area lighting system:

- Price of design service (for each project separately).

- Price of lighting system modernization services (for each object separately).

- Price of equipment, etc. (for each object separately).

- Price of warranty service (for the entire planned period, for each object separately).
