New member of the INPP Board

We inform you that today, on June 23, 2020, an agreement was signed  on the activities of Darius Jasinskis, an independent member of the Board of SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant.

A member of the board agrees to fulfill his duties in an appropriate, efficient and objective manner to resolve all issues assigned to the board, and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and transparency. A member of the board is obliged to ensure the continuous performance of board functions as provided for by applicable law and other legal acts and the charter of the enterprise.

The treaty comes into force from the moment of its signing and remains in force until the earliest of the following dates: (a) a new cadence of a new board are formed by order of the Minister of Energy, (b) A member of the board resigns or cannot remain in his post (c ) a member of the board is excluded from the management board of the enterprise or the entire board of the enterprise is expelled before the expiration of the term of office, or (d) the member of the board ceases to hold the position of member of the board on a different basis, (e) it is decided that the board member cannot be considered  independent (if the board member is elected as an independent member).
