Ltd ,,Privacy partners“ is assigned as Data Protection Officer at the State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (juridical person code: 255450080, registration address: Visaginas mun., Drūkšiniai vil., Elektrinės str. 4 K47).
The main duty of Data Protection Officer is to provide a service to the company for the complying of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as requirements defined by other legislation which is regulating the processing of personal data and protection of privacy.
Persons (data subjects) may apply to Data Protection Officer in all matters concerning the processing of their personal data and data subjects rights under General Data Protection Regulation implementation. Data Protection Officer shall ensure the secrecy and confidentiality according to the procedure established by the legal acts and concerning his tasks.
Types of personal data collected
What personal data does the INPP process on its web sites?
INPP processes the following personal data on its web sites for the following purposes and on the following basis:
1. Data collected during the registering for the INPP electronic auction information system https://auis.iae.lt/ and during the participating in the INPP auctions – name, surname, personal identification code, e-mail address, telephone number, country, bank account number, the nature of the interested property to be auctioned and other conditions, as well as other information related to the conclusion and performance of the contract. These data are collected to take action by the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract and are stored for 10 (ten) years from the end of the contract. In the case that the contract is not concluded, these data are stored for 10 (ten) years from the date of participation in the auction;
2. Data collected during the INPP news distribution – data of persons subscribing to the INPP newsletters: e-mail address. These data are stored for 5 (five) years from the date of their submission. These data are processed based on your consent;
3. Data collected during the INPP web sites improvement, updating of marketing campaigns – web site visitors' computers IP addresses and web site visiting data are processed by the using of cookies. These data are processed based on your consent and stored during the validity period of the cookies (for more information on the cookies, you can see the section “What cookies are used?”);
4. Data collected during the analysing of information provided by the persons (proposals, questions, etc.) – name, e-mail address, any other personal data that data subjects may provide by filling out a form on the web site www.iae.lt in the section “Feedback”. These data are processed based on your consent, which you express by filling out the form and stored for 2 (two) years after receiving the consent of the data subjects and for the period until 15 January (fifteenth) of the following year.

Personal data may be disclosed to the INPP Data Processors who provide the services to INPP or perform works (information technology, information systems maintenance and administration services, etc.) and processes personal data on behalf of the Enterprise. Data Processors have the right to process personal data only following our instructions and only to the defined and necessary extent. Through Data Processors, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our Data Processors have implemented appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the safety of personal data and to maintain the confidentiality of personal data.

You have the following data subject rights:
- the right to access personal data processed at INPP;
- the right to request the rectification of personal data;
- the right to request the erasure of personal data (to implement the right “to be forgotten”) if this can be justified by one of the conditions laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation;
- the right to restrict the processing of personal data;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to the processing of personal data;
- the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing before the withdrawal of the consent.
How can you implement your rights?
To implement your rights, please provide us your requests, complaints or claims:

- upon direct arrival to the INPP, at Elektrinės str. 4, K47, Drūkšiniai village, Visaginas municipality;
- by contacting the INPP Data Protection Officer directly, whose contacts you can find in the “Personal Data Protection” section of the web site.
We will respond to your requests, complaints or claims in writing following the procedure and terms established by the legal acts. We will endeavour to provide you with information as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of your request. If necessary, this term may be extended for further 2 (two) months. In this case, you will be informed additionally.
By submitting a request, complaint or claim, you must confirm your identity (when personally arriving at the Enterprise – to provide the personal identity document, when sending via post – to provide the copy of the personal identity document, when sending via e-mail – the request, complaint or claim must be electronically signed). You can implement your rights by yourself or through a representative. If the representative applies, he must provide a document certifying the representation or its copy certified following the procedure established by the legal acts.
If we will be unable to provide you with the necessary information and (or) you will have claims regarding the processing of personal data, you have the right to complain about the actions (omissions) of INPP to the State Data Protection Inspectorate and the Court following the procedure established by the legal acts.
